COVID-19 *Live* Tracker – built on Salesforce

Tracking the COVID-19 pandemic in various parts of the world is a click away, with our 100% native Salesforce COVID-19 Tracker Live.

We provide people with the option of simply clicking on a country of their interest to see the number of coronavirus cases, deaths, and recoveries in that area. The goal of the site is to provide a simple, interactive approach to visualize the effect of COVID-19. Following Salesforce technicals were used in building this app.

Following is a quick overview of the app

The new normal

Now, the whole world is put into a test. Everyone, with no exception, is dealing with the same difficult circumstances. The news is all doom and gloom—as it has been since the outbreak of the coronavirus— it’s hard for even the most optimistic among us to stay positive. But we need to keep this in mind that the crisis will not remain forever, and the world will return to how it was before the coronavirus outbreak. However, the real disaster is if people return to their old habits, without learning a lesson from this test so that they overcome a possible future crisis. We all need to work on this together and should do our part whatever we can, Here is another video we have made which demystifies myths related to this virus (info. in the video has been taken from various credible sources) because what we need most right now is trustworthy information from professionals that can help us understand what coronavirus is, and how we can prepare and protect ourselves against it.

Thanks Vijay for building this amazing app in no time, we got late in publishing this on blog, but were fortunate to have this app ready in early March’20 only.
